Why are your prices higher than what I can find in stores?

At the risk of sounding snooty, I must clarify that high-quality handmade products such as these are terribly difficult to find in stores (if at all!). Everything in Paper Exploits is hand-made (i.e. designed/conceptualized, cut, drawn/stamped, scored, glued, and finished) by myself– even material-sourcing’s done solely by me. This makes it more time-consuming, but infinitely more rewarding. Being more interested in the craft of making bespoke paper goods than making a quick dollar, I never chintz out on raw materials and always patiently source for the best paper, ribbon, and embellishments– often importing them from the United States. I usually take the time to say this to all my customers– custom-orders or otherwise– so that they understand what Paper Exploits is (not a generic card store like Precious Thoughts or Hallmark), and what goods/services they’re paying for. :]

Do you ship internationally?

Heck yes!

Great, but what’s the astronomical charge on that?

Extremely fair and I daresay low. Simply put, it depends on what and how much you order, what it weighs, and the type of packaging necessary to keep it safe through the post.
